Meeting and Conference Booking Management Software
Meeting and Conference Booking System is developed in PHP with a MySQL database to manage bookings, users, and conference rooms efficiently. This project consists of two modules: admin and user. Meeting and Conference Booking PHP script admin module offers a comprehensive dashboard where administrators can monitor various aspects such as new bookings, approved bookings, cancelled bookings, total registered users, and sub-admins. Admins have the authority to manage sub-admins, rooms, and bookings, including adding, updating, and deleting records. Additionally, they can oversee registered users, manage website pages such as About Us and Contact Us, generate reports to analyze booking details within specific periods, and maintain their own profiles, passwords, and recovery options. On the Meeting and Conference Booking PHP software user side, individuals are greeted with a welcoming Home page upon accessing the system. They can navigate through sections such as About, Meeting & Conference Room details, Contact, Sign Up for registration, Login for accessing their accounts, and My Account for managing profiles, passwords, recovery options, and viewing booking details for conference and meeting rooms post-registration.
