  2. Tournament briefing & community introduction: 9:30 AM – 9:40 AM

  5. Group photo: 9:50 AM – 10:00 AM

General Point Rules
  1. All games in 0-0-2 format, 11 points. Win by 2 difference.
  2. Round 1 & 2: Max cap 15 points. Winner at 15 if 14-14.
  3. Knockout games: Organizing committee decides max point based on time.
General Timing Rules
  • Team not available by 10:05 AM: Walkout. Opposition wins 11-0 with 2 points.
  • Both teams not available: No win no loss. Score 0-0, no points.
  • Games back-to-back in defined courts. If team not available within 5 mins after previous game, walkout.
  • Two timeouts total (one per team), 1 min each. Umpires time manage.
  • No side change, except for space restrictions (Organizing committee decides).
Group Selection Rule

Round 1: Groups based on randomly selected teams. No 2 teams from the same community in the same group.

Round 2 Team Selection
  • Top 2 teams from Round 1 groups randomly picked & split into 4 groups. 2 wildcard teams selected based on points and NPR.
  • Will try to avoid multiple teams from the same community in the same group.
Quarter Final Team Selection
  • Top 2 teams from Round 2 selected based on Round 2 match points.
  • Selected teams ranked by wins and points from Round 1 and Round 2.
  • Seedings: Team 1 vs Team 8, Team 2 vs Team 7, Team 3 vs Team 6, Team 4 vs Team 5.
Star Team of the Community
  • Community lead decides a team based on game result.
  • Community must have 2+ teams for eligibility.
MVP Team of the Tournament
  • Quarter-finalists considered.
  • Team with maximum NPR overall.
  • First 3 places ineligible for MVP.
General Umpiring Rules
  1. Dedicated lead for each group ensuring player availability near court.
  2. Lead ensures 2 umpires per game schedule.
  3. If no dedicated umpires, previously played teams umpire.
  4. Umpire decision final.
  1. Umpires stand next to the pole.
  2. Umpires attentive and move for ATP shots.
  3. Umpires call Outs / Kitchen faults loudly.
  4. Lead updates scores in provided schedule sheet.
NPR Calculation: (Points Taken − Points Given) ÷ Number of Games
